Job Summary:

To manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department, ensure accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance including GST filing, and support management in strategic decision-making through effective financial planning and control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations: accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and report variances.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, TDS, income tax returns, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper records for GST input credit, output tax, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors for annual and internal audits and ensure timely closure.
• Supervise, guide, and mentor the accounts team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Handle vendor payments and customer collections; resolve billing and tax-related issues promptly.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.
• Ensure proper functioning and regular updates of accounting software/ERP systems.
• Stay updated with changes in GST laws, tax rules, and accounting standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and statutory compliance including GST.
• Hands-on experience in GST filing and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, ERP, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com/MBA/CA Inter preferred).
• 8–10 years of relevant work experience in accounting, GST filing, and financial management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
