Job Overview:

Account Manager Team Lead

Programmatic Advertising, CTV, and In-App Ads

management function. In this role, you will manage key client relationships while also guiding a

team of Account Managers to deliver world-class campaign execution, optimization, and client

satisfaction. You will act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and leadership to drive

business impact, strategic growth, and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers, fostering growth, collaboration, and high performance.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the senior point of contact for escalations, strategic planning, and campaign delivery.

• Oversee the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including briefing, setup, optimization, performance monitoring, and reporting.

CTV and In-App advertising

• Provide data-driven insights and post-campaign analysis, delivering strategic recommendations to clients.

• Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to identify upselling opportunities and support business growth.

• Manage multiple client portfolios, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

• Keep updated with industry trends, technologies, and betas to proactively recommend innovative solutions to clients.

• Develop and enforce internal processes to improve efficiency, knowledge sharing, and client outcomes.


Qualifications:

Account Management within Programmatic Advertising

• Proven experience leading, managing, and mentoring teams.

• Strong understanding of programmatic platforms, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and attribution tools.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills with a strategic and consultative mindset.

• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.

• Highly motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems, particularly Excel; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
