Role & responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
• Understand client hiring needs, organizational goals, and challenges.
• Serve as the primary point of contact,resolving client issues and ensuring satisfaction.

• Team Leadership and Management:

• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of recruiters.
• Assign tasks, set clear instructions, and monitor team progress towards goals.
• Provide training, guidance, and professional development to team members.

• Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans and account plans for clients.
• Design and execute effective candidate sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with internal teams tounderstand staffing requirements and meet hiring needs.

• Recruitment Process Oversight:

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and interviewing to final selection and onboarding.
• Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and candidate satisfaction.
• Implement recruitment best practices and stay updated on labor laws and market trends.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
• Provide clients with insights into market trends and best recruiting practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in recruitment and account management of 8years plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
