Accounts Head

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and expense management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, etc.).
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and dashboards for management review.
• Manage audits, internal controls, and risk assessments.
• Develop and streamline accounting policies, systems, and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Optimize financial operations using

  Zoho

  – must be proficient in automation, reporting, and advanced features.

Requirements

• CA Final qualified (mandatory)

• 4–7 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably in D2C, FMCG, Retail, or Startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of

  Zoho Books/Zoho Finance Suite

  – must be an expert user.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles, taxation, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Proven ability to lead teams and handle multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines.
