As a 360 Accounts Specialist at ASHAPURA AGROCOMM, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end financial management of the entire Group. Your role will involve handling complex financial data and utilizing ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. You must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience working in a Manufacturing company with a minimum turnover of 500 Crores. The salary range for this position is between 18.00 - 20.00 LPA. Your key responsibilities will include taking ownership of the accounting function, preparing accurate financial statements, maintaining balanced books, leading internal and statutory audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will also be involved in handling secretarial responsibilities, liaising with external consultants and auditors, and staying updated with changes in laws to implement necessary compliance measures. To excel in this role, you should have strong expertise in ERP systems, a deep understanding of the manufacturing sector, and proven capabilities in finalizing accounts with accuracy and adherence to statutory norms. Your skills should also include a focus on compliance, internal controls, driving cost-efficiency, effective leadership, team management, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
