Account Executive

Position Summary: Are you a detail-oriented, numbers person looking for an exciting opportunity in accounting? Join our dynamic team as an Accounting Executive! To support our ambitious growth plans we are looking to add detail-oriented Accounting Executives to our Commercial Operations team. The successful applicant needs experience in Accounting, TDS & GST working, bank and general ledger reconciliation. Role & responsibilities include: Making Daily Sale/Purchase/ Bank/ Cash/Stock & Journal entries in Tally/Tally ERP Maintenance of Cash/Bank Vouchers Track Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Prepare E-invoices & E-way bills Bill payments (purchase/ utilities/miscellaneous) Monthly TDS & GST payment working Bank account reconciliation Documentation & File Maintenance Ensure compliance with GST, TDS regulations, Data validation for quarterly returns Maintain Statutory records Assist with financial/MIS reports Assist in Tax Audit & RoC compliances Preferred candidate profile: B Com/M Com with 3 to 6 years Work Ex in a Manufacturing company Proficient in Microsoft Office & Tally Be able to Use Net Banking CMS Detail-oriented with Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
