Experience Level: 5–7+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and counsel to clients (internal or external) on a wide range of legal matters. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Manage complex legal transactions and projects with minimal supervision. Represent clients in legal proceedings, arbitrations, or negotiations, as applicable. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Conduct legal research and keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law. Supervise and mentor junior legal staff and associates. Liaise with external counsel as necessary. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Support business development initiatives, including preparing proposals and participating in pitches. Maintain and ensure the confidentiality and protection of sensitive information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
