Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and managing suppliers and vendors.
  • Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve discrepancies or delays.
  • Maintain and update purchase records, reports, and price list.
  • Work closely with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and forecast requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for quality and costeffectiveness.
  • Assist in negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers under supervision.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Accounts, Operations, and Production) to meet purchasing needs

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and good at follow-ups.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,552.73 - ₹29,242.06 per month
