Job Description

As an Accountant at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial data, reports, and statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and analyzing accounting data to produce financial reports and statements - Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles - Improving systems and procedures while initiating corrective actions - Coordinating and completing annual audits, maintaining fiscal files and records - Developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information - Managing accounting staff and contributing accounting information to strategic plans - Implementing action plans to achieve accounting operational objectives - Maintaining accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures - Researching and interpreting accounting policy to guide other departments - Establishing internal controls to maintain financial security Additionally, the work schedule for this full-time position is during the day shift at our in-person work location.,
