About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Expert to strengthen our sales and marketing pipeline. This is a quota-carrying role where you will manage the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure. The role requires strong ownership, data-driven execution, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term client relationships across IT services and digital solutions. Your work directly supports business growth and ensures a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales team.

What You’ll Do

· Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies across LinkedIn, email, CRM tools, and industry platforms.

· Build, manage, and nurture a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.

· Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.

· Collaborate closely with marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

· Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports within CRM systems.

· Negotiate commercials, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.

· Build long-term relationships with clients to support repeat business and account growth.

· Track KPIs and ensure consistent delivery of targeted lead volumes.

Eligibility (Must-Have):

  • 4–6 years of proven experience in B2B sales or account executive role.
  • Mandatory experience in a quota-carrying role, managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skill.·
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and optimize sales funnels.
  • Ability to work independently with strong ownership and consistency.
  • Knowledge of enrichment tools such as Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or Clearbit.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling IT services, SaaS, low-code, CRM, or digital transformation solutions
  • Exposure to BFSI, Financial Services, Oil & Gas, or enterprise IT domains
  • Understanding of inbound and outbound sales strategies at scale
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting, revenue planning, and account expansion strategies
