About the Role Systechnosoft Technologies is seeking a passionate MERN Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in modern web technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, scalable solutions that enhance business capabilities. You will learn: End-to-end development of web applications using the MERN stack. Building RESTful APIs, integrating with third-party services, and implementing modern UI/UX practices. Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control using Git. Industry best practices in responsive design, deployment, and scalability. What You’ll Do Develop, test, and deploy web applications using the MERN stack. Design interactive front-end interfaces using React.js and reusable UI components. Build secure and scalable APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Integrate with MongoDB for data storage and schema design. Collaborate with designers and backend teams to enhance application performance. Troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Eligibility (Must-Have) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 1+ years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer or in full-stack development. Strong proficiency in React.js , Node.js , Express.js , and MongoDB . Hands-on experience with JavaScript (ES6+) , HTML5 , CSS3 , and RESTful APIs . Basic understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT/OAuth). Familiarity with Git, Postman, and VS Code. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Nice to Have Experience with TypeScript , Redux , or Next.js . Knowledge of AWS , Docker , or CI/CD pipelines . Exposure to UI frameworks such as Material UI or Tailwind CSS.
