Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
Assist in
finalization of accounts
and preparation of financial statements.
Ensure timely and accurate
TDS deductions
, payments, and return filings.
Manage
GST computation, input reconciliation, and return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
.
Maintain proper records of invoices, vouchers, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Support management with periodic MIS and financial analysis as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or equivalent.
Up to
3 years of experience
in accounting and taxation.
Strong knowledge of
Tally / accounting software
and MS Excel.
Good understanding of
TDS, GST, and financial finalization processes
.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.

Preferred:

Experience in working with small to mid-sized organizations.
Knowledge of income tax compliance and ROC filings will be an added advantage.
