PARK360 is seeking an energetic and driven Customer Success Manager(Female) to join our expanding Sales & Customer Management Team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about Tech Sales and eager to contribute to the growth of a leading company in the Parking Automation Industry.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and coordination skills with a genuine interest in understanding client needs and ensuring successful solution delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients after implementation
Ensure successful onboarding, training, and adoption of deployed solutions
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, support, and product) to resolve client issues efficiently
Track customer health, usage patterns, and satisfaction metrics
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities through proactive engagement
Gather client feedback and communicate insights to the product and operations teams
Prepare and share regular account performance reports with clients
Ensure all client commitments and SLAs are met in a timely manner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Customer-centric mindset with empathy and patience
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Basic understanding of SaaS or IoT-based solutions
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in B2B or technology-driven industries preferred
