About the Role:

This is a full-time role that entails outbound lead generation, spanning from identifying

customer personas, crafting messaging, initiating connections, and securing meetings, to

effectively converting leads into closed business through upselling, cross-selling, and

managing renewals. You will be responsible for managing accounts, employing a

combination of hunting and farming strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.


Job Description:

  • Conduct outbound lead generation activities, including identifying prospects,

qualifying leads, and establishing meaningful relationships.

  • Drive revenue generation through effective sales strategies and the management of the

end-to-end sales cycle.

  • Proactively manage renewals and work towards expanding revenue potential within

existing accounts.

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Business to ensure seamless cross-

functional collaboration.

  • Maintain meticulous data discipline in Sales Software ensuring accurate and up-to-

date information for your book of business.

  • Engage with global markets to cater to diverse customer needs and maximize sales

opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SAAS Industry and familiarity with relevant market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and

credibility with clients.

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
