About the Role: This is a full-time role that entails outbound lead generation, spanning from identifying customer personas, crafting messaging, initiating connections, and securing meetings, to effectively converting leads into closed business through upselling, cross-selling, and managing renewals. You will be responsible for managing accounts, employing a combination of hunting and farming strategies to maximize revenue opportunities. Job Description: Conduct outbound lead generation activities, including identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and establishing meaningful relationships. Drive revenue generation through effective sales strategies and the management of the end-to-end sales cycle. Proactively manage renewals and work towards expanding revenue potential within existing accounts. Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Business to ensure seamless cross- functional collaboration. Maintain meticulous data discipline in Sales Software ensuring accurate and up-to- date information for your book of business. Engage with global markets to cater to diverse customer needs and maximize sales opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Executive or similar role. Strong understanding of SAAS Industry and familiarity with relevant market dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events. As the first line of conversation with potential customers, you'll play a key role in discovering qualified leads and opening high-quality sales conversations.
