Key Responsibilities: Manage the Directors calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle confidential documents ensuring proper security and discretion. Assist in preparation for meetings (agendas, minutes, follow-ups). Coordinate with department heads and teams on behalf of the Director. Conduct research and prepare briefs to support decision-making. Manage office files, records, and communication systems efficiently. Monitor tasks and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of projects. Support the Director in day-to-day business and personal requirements (if applicable). Job Title: Account Executive Job Summary The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely processing of payments, invoices, and reports. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting Operations Handle daily accounting entries: Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Journal, and Contra. Maintain accounts payable and receivable and follow up for dues. Reconcile bank statements , vendor accounts, and customer ledgers. Prepare invoice, debit/credit notes , and maintain supporting documents. 2. Financial Reporting Assist in preparation of monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports . Support the finance team during audits by preparing required documents. Track expenses and support budget planning. 3. Taxation & Compliance Prepare GST data and coordinate with CA for returns. Maintain TDS details and ensure timely deductions and payments. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain proper records. 4. Documentation & Coordination Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, and financial documents. Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding accounts. Handle petty cash and reimbursement processes. 5. Software Usage Work on Tally/ERP software , MS Excel, and accounting tools for accurate record keeping. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance . 1–3 years of experience as an Account Executive or similar role. Strong understanding of accounting concepts and statutory compliance.
