Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform accurate
data entry and posting of accounting entries in SAP
.
Handle
invoice posting in SAP
, including vendor bills and purchase-related entries.
Support
GST and TDS return filing
, including data preparation, reconciliation, and documentation.
Conduct
bank reconciliation
on a regular basis and assist in
cash management
activities.
Maintain and verify
purchase and store-related documents
, ensuring proper filing and compliance.
Ensure timely and error-free
data entry in SAP
for all accounting and transactional records.
Coordinate with internal teams for document verification, approvals, and query resolution.
Support month-end closing activities and provide data for MIS and audit requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance.
1–3 years of experience in accounting and SAP data entry.
Working knowledge of
GST & TDS
, and familiarity with return filing procedures.
Hands-on experience with
SAP (SAP B1 preferred)
.
Basic understanding of bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and cash handling.
Good knowledge of purchase documentation and store ledger processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and attention to detail.
