Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage daily accounting tasks, ensure compliance, and support smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including entries, billing, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Handle
Accounts Payable
and
Accounts Receivable
efficiently.
Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports.
Prepare and file
GST returns
, perform GST reconciliation, and ensure GST compliance.
Manage
TDS calculations
, deductions, payments, and filing of TDS returns.
Generate and manage
E-invoicing
and ensure accurate reporting.
Handle
cash maintenance
, cash book updates, and ensure accurate cash flow tracking.
Work with
international documents
such as commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other export-related paperwork.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for payment follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, TDS, and company policies.
Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
Maintain accurate data and ensure timely updates in accounting software.
Prepare MIS and financial reports for management.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar accounting role.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and e-invoicing procedures.
Understanding of international trade documents (import/export documentation).
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, QuickBooks, etc.).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy
