As the organization scales, we are looking for a capable Accounts Manager to strengthen financial accuracy, compliance, reporting, and overall financial discipline across the company.

Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Manager to handle the organisation’s accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and administrative responsibilities. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy, timely reporting, statutory compliance, and smooth coordination with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and auditors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including invoicing, e-invoicing, e-way bills, purchase entries and journal entries.
• Manage Accounts Receivable & Collections by following up with customers and resolving dispatch or billing queries.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory returns in coordination with the CA.
• Finalized monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts with complete reconciliation and accuracy.
• Prepare financial reports, production MIS, budgeting and costing reports for management review.
• Manage vendor payments, bank reconciliation, payroll processing, attendance, and administrative documentation.

What We’re Looking For

· Graduate degree in Commerce; CA Inter preferred.

· 2 years of hands-on experience in Accounting and Finance.

· Strong working knowledge of Tally and accounting fundamentals.

· Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

· Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and time-management abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and Google Workspace.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks with discipline and responsibility.

· Honest, reliable, and process-oriented personality.
