Job Summary:

Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by driving customer acquisition and revenue growth
Set up and manage qualified appointments to understand customer challenges and propose tailored solutions
Conduct high-impact product demos to convert prospects into
Ready-To-Onboard (RTO)
customers and follow through to successful onboarding
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, demo, follow-up, and closure
Ensure ethical selling practices with zero tolerance for mis-selling or spam complaints
Track and improve sales productivity through CRM tools, call planning, and account mapping
Share structured feedback with the Demand Generation team to improve lead quality and funnel efficiency

Must-Have:

1.5+ years of experience in B2B sales or Inside Sales
Proven experience handling demo calls and sales conversions
Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage sales pipelines and meet revenue targets

Good to Have:

Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or Financial Services
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnel management
Exposure to onboarding and activation processes
