Job Summary:

Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by driving customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Set up and manage qualified appointments to understand customer challenges and propose tailored solutions
  • Conduct high-impact product demos to convert prospects into

    Ready-To-Onboard (RTO)

    customers and follow through to successful onboarding
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, demo, follow-up, and closure
  • Ensure ethical selling practices with zero tolerance for mis-selling or spam complaints
  • Track and improve sales productivity through CRM tools, call planning, and account mapping
  • Share structured feedback with the Demand Generation team to improve lead quality and funnel efficiency

Must-Have:

  • 1.5+ years of experience in B2B sales or Inside Sales
  • Proven experience handling demo calls and sales conversions
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage sales pipelines and meet revenue targets

Good to Have:

  • Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or Financial Services
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnel management
  • Exposure to onboarding and activation processes
