Job Description

As an Account Executive at Skydo, an Elevation Capital backed venture, you will be an integral part of our Sales team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, your primary responsibility will be to sell Skydo's cross-border services to onboarded and transacting customers. Your role is crucial in meeting and surpassing quarterly and annual sales quota objectives, thereby driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and serving as a lead generator in business development efforts. Your key responsibilities will include setting qualified appointments with potential customers to understand their challenges and business needs, conducting product demonstrations for prospects to convert them into Ready to Onboard (RTO) customers, and ensuring that sales targets are achieved without engaging in mis-selling or causing spamming complaints. You will be expected to track sales productivity through account mapping, call planning, and CRM tools, providing valuable feedback to the demand generation team regarding lead quality based on the sales funnel and insights from prospects and customers. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong academic background coupled with approximately 4 years of work experience, including a minimum of 3 years in B2B sales. Proficiency in CRM and customer funnel management in B2B settings, particularly in sectors such as financial services and SaaS/software, is highly desirable. A sales-oriented mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a focus on execution will be essential traits for success. You should have the ability to comprehend customer requirements, thrive on building relationships based on trust, and demonstrate excellent English communication skills, persuasiveness, and interpersonal abilities. This position is based in Bangalore, requiring in-office presence from Monday to Friday with occasional travel.
