Job Description

Candidate with Zoho Books Experience is Mandatory

Senior Executive – Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliations.
Manage
Zoho Books
for all accounting activities — invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of
GST returns
(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, etc.) and reconciliation with books.
Manage
TDS
computations, deductions, payments, and quarterly return filing (Form 26Q, 24Q, etc.).
Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial summaries for management review.
Coordinate with external auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Maintain compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and banks for financial matters and transaction settlements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong working knowledge of
Zoho Books
(mandatory).
Thorough understanding of
GST, TDS, and Income Tax
provisions.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and financial reporting.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
or
CA (Inter)
qualification preferred.
Minimum
3 years of hands-on experience
in accounting, GST, and TDS.
Prior experience in using
Zoho Books
is essential.
