Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive cum Admin based in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. The Account Executive will manage client accounts, ensuring service delivery aligns with client needs and company standards. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, preparing reports, coordinating with various departments to meet client requirements, and resolving issues efficiently. The candidate will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and contributing to the strategic planning process.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

• Handle GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance requirements.

• Assist with internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Monitor cash flow and coordinate with banks for transactions and reconciliations.

• Budget planning and expense management.

• Ensure compliance with all direct and indirect tax laws and corporate regulations in India.

• Maintain documentation for financial transactions and ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Support management with data-driven financial insights and reports.

• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and other departments on financial matters.

• Drafting emails for clients, vendors, etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com), MBA, CA Inter or CA preferred.

• Fresher–3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.

• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax).

• Familiarity with Prime Tally, or other accounting software.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
