Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities to support the company's growth. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential client needs. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Proposal and Presentation Preparation: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other business development materials to present to potential clients. Business Opportunity Identification: Work closely with the team to identify new business opportunities and ways to expand existing client relationships. Travel for Meetings and Conferences: Be ready to travel as required for attending meetings, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and explore new business opportunities. Qualifications Excellent Lead Generation and Market Research skills. Strong Presentation Skills and Experience in Creating Presentations. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work in a team environment. Outstanding Communication Skills. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Willingness to travel for business purposes as required. This role requires strong knowledge and experience in the marine industry, with a solid understanding of marine operations, standards, and regulations.
