Job Description

Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience in handling company accounts, GST filings, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.) Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payments. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking. Coordinate with auditors and prepare documents for audits. Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts. Requirements:Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (preferably in a small to mid-sized company). Sound knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements. Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience) Supportive and professional work environment Scope for growth and skill development
