Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the cement trading industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and acquire new clients in the cement and construction material market Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and builders Understand client requirements and offer suitable product solutions Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular performance reports Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery and payment follow-up Attend client meetings and site visits as needed Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in cement or building materials Strong understanding of cement trading and construction sector market dynamics Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools Ability to travel locally for client meetings Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 (based on experience) Incentives based on performance Fuel/Mobile reimbursement as per company policy Opportunity to grow within the organization
