JOB DESCRIPTION Sales Executive / Sales Telecalling Department: Sales Position Level: Executive Experience: 1–4 Years Reporting To: Sales Manager Employment Type: Full-time ROLE OVERVIEW The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating business leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for engineering and industrial products. This role requires proactive engagement with clients, effective communication, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Business Development Identify potential clients and generate sales leads. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Promote company services to clients. Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events. 2. Sales & Quotation Management Understand client requirements and prepare quotations in coordination with the Technical/Back-office team. Ensure accurate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines. Follow up on quotations and negotiate with clients to close sales. Maintain records of sales, quotations, and customer interactions. 3. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Provide timely updates on product availability, deliveries, and project status. Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for solutions. 4. Coordination & Reporting Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports. Maintain accurate CRM records and client data. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to generate and manage sales leads effectively. Good understanding of technical products / industrial equipment is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION Diploma / Graduate Technical background preferred but not mandatory PREFERRED EXPERIENCE 1–2 years in Sales, preferably in website, advertising , branding, social media Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
