Job Description:We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Clerk with an accounting background to support our finance and accounts department. The ideal candidate will handle documentation, data entry, record keeping, and assist with day-to-day accounting operations. Key Responsibilities :Perform data entry of bills, vouchers, and other financial documents Maintain and organize accounting records and files Support in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment records Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance Help in preparing basic reports and summaries for management Coordinate with vendors and follow up on payment-related queries Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling financial information Support the accounts team with daily administrative tasks Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in back office or accounts support role Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Tally ERP/Tally Prime Proficient in MS Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and follow-up abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience) Supportive work environment Opportunities for learning and career growth
