Account Executive (Accounting)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team and support our growing operations. Job Responsibilities:Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records in Tally and other accounting software. Record all income, expenses, receipts, and payments promptly. Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded. Payroll Management: Prepare and process monthly salaries and wages. Manage staff statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, and TDS. Vendor & Supplier Management: Track payments to vendors and suppliers. Maintain clear records of invoices and payment schedules. Taxation & Compliance: Assist with GST filings, TDS calculations, and statutory reporting. Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and financial summaries. Provide management with accurate financial data for decision-making. Cash Handling & Petty Cash: Manage petty cash transactions and maintain proper logs. Ensure proper documentation of cash receipts and expenses. Audit Preparation: Coordinate with external auditors and prepare required documents for audits. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (especially Excel). Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax compliances. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy. Work Schedule:Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday). Location: Rajiv Nagar, Mysuru (On-site role).
