1. Daily Accounting Operations: Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain general ledgers. Handle accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and bank transactions. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and inter-company accounts. Manage petty cash and employee reimbursements. Prepare and review trial balance and monthly financial statements. 2. Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely filing and payment of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory dues. Prepare data and documentation for statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits. Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities as required. Maintain proper documentation and records for compliance and audit purposes. 3. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly MIS reports and assist management in decision-making. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of balance sheet and profit & loss statements.
