Role Objective To achieve sales and distribution targets for Nutriwala’s product portfolio — ensuring visibility, availability, and growth across retail, wholesale, and HoReCa trade channels. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for sauces, honey, oils, and flours. Develop sales plans and implement market strategies to boost volume and value growth. Track performance by product and channel; ensure continuous improvement. 2. Distribution & Channel Development Appoint and manage distributors, stockists, and dealers in the assigned territory. Expand retail network — including general trade, modern trade, and HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, cafés). Monitor secondary and tertiary sales; ensure adequate inventory and timely billing. 3. Trade Marketing & Merchandising Implement promotional schemes and product visibility drives at the point of sale. Ensure planogram compliance, attractive product display, and brand presence in stores. Collaborate with marketing team for in-store sampling, offers, and regional campaigns. 4. Market Intelligence Gather insights on competitor pricing, new launches, promotions, and trade feedback. Recommend pricing strategies and innovative sales approaches. Analyze consumer preferences and regional demand trends. 5. Reporting & Administration Submit accurate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts. Maintain data on outlets, distributors, collections, and claims. Ensure credit control and compliance with company policies.

Role Overview The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations of the Nutriwala Store, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting business decisions through timely reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally / Zoho Books / any accounting software. Record all sales, purchases, expenses, and payments accurately. Handle petty cash and bank reconciliation on a daily/weekly basis. 2. Billing & Invoicing Prepare and verify customer invoices and vendor bills. Ensure accurate GST calculations and entries. Manage sales reports and coordinate with the store team for daily billing summaries. 3. Inventory & Cost Management Coordinate with store team for stock reconciliation and valuation. Monitor purchase costs, wastage, and margins to control leakages. 4. Reporting Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and cash flow summaries. Support management in budgeting and financial planning. 5. Coordination Liaise with vendors, auditors, and internal teams for timely settlements. Support management in implementing new financial systems or processes.
