Key Responsibilities: Create high-impact visuals for menus, posters, flyers, hoardings, standees, banners, and packaging. Design content for digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube thumbnails, reels, ads, etc. Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Design social media creatives, stories, and festival/offers posts as per campaign requirements. Contribute to web design and user interface elements for the brand websites and landing pages. Support franchise presentations, investor decks, and other internal/external communication design. Ensure timely delivery of all design materials and maintain an organized digital asset library. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design (restaurant/F&B industry preferred). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus (Premiere Pro/Canva/CapCut). Strong typography, layout, and color theory understanding. Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Job Responsibilities:Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records in Tally and other accounting software. Record all income, expenses, receipts, and payments promptly. Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded. Payroll Management: Prepare and process monthly salaries and wages. Manage staff statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, and TDS. Vendor & Supplier Management: Track payments to vendors and suppliers. Maintain clear records of invoices and payment schedules. Taxation & Compliance: Assist with GST filings, TDS calculations, and statutory reporting. Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and financial summaries. Provide management with accurate financial data for decision-making.
