.This role offers the opportunity to lead and grow strategic enterprise accounts within a dynamic, high-growth environment. The Account Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing complex sales cycles, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across cybersecurity, IT, and procurement functions. You will act as a strategic advisor, guiding clients on technology solutions that address their critical business needs while ensuring long-term value. The role requires a mix of new business acquisition, account management, and market intelligence to identify opportunities for expansion and deliver measurable results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer success and internal stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives. This is a high-impact position suited for a results-driven, customer-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced, challenging sales environments.

Accountabilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth and long-term relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and partner networks.
  • Conduct strategic discovery and align client needs with intelligence and technology solutions.
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities by analyzing account usage patterns and unmet needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, recommendations, and value beyond the initial sale.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, support, and delivery of solutions.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and present compelling proposals addressing technical and business ROI.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity sales, managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing high-value, multi-year contracts.
  • Strong experience with both direct sales and partner-driven go-to-market strategies.
  • Proficiency in consultative, value-based selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and adapting communication to varied stakeholders.
  • Operationally disciplined and highly organized, with experience using CRM and sales tools like Salesforce, Clari, and Gong.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, curiosity, and a proactive, self-starter approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-obsessed approach to solving business challenges.
