Account Director

As a Director of Client Services, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts and fostering positive working relationships with all customer touch points. Your primary objective will be to drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and overall client satisfaction. By providing outstanding services and instilling confidence in our clients, you will play a key role in maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring client loyalty.
