Location:

Salary - Upto 37k inhand

Business Development Executive / Admission Counsellor

Any Graduate with atleast 6 month of experience in any sales can apply

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound leads and make outbound calls/emails to prospective students
• Counsel students and parents regarding suitable academic programs • Understand student needs and recommend the right courses • Manage end-to-end admission process including documentation support • Close admissions and achieve monthly/quarterly targets • Maintain accurate data and follow-ups using CRM tools • Coordinate application handling and communication with students and parents • Provide information on admission requirements, enrollment process, and timelines • Build strong relationships through effective counselling and communication

Skills & Requirements

Strong sales mindset with ability to work in a target-driven environment • Proven experience in lead conversion and inside sales • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills • Ability to empathize with students and parents • Experience working with CRM systems • Fluency in
English and Hindi
