🎯 Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents regarding available computer courses and career paths Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp & online leads Explain course details, duration, fees, and placement support clearly Convert enquiries into admissions Maintain student enquiry records and follow-ups Coordinate with trainers and management for batch planning Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and retention Assist in basic administrative and front-office tasks ✅ Eligibility & Skills Required Female candidate preferred Minimum 2 years of counselling or front-office experience (up to 15 years welcome) Must have basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email, internet) Preferred experience in institutes like Aptech, DISCi, NIIT, or similar training institutes Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English) Confident, presentable, and student-friendly attitude Ability to meet admission targets
