Role Overview

Assistant Manager – Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  inbound, outbound, and digital admissions

  through calls, emails, and chat platforms.
• Convert leads into enrollments for

  certification courses, executive education, and online MBA programs

  .
• Offer customized counselling by assessing candidates’

  career goals, interests, and professional background

  .
• Make

  100–150 calls per day

  to engage prospects, conduct follow-ups, and nurture leads.
• Drive

  referrals through current students and alumni networks

  .
• Meet and exceed

  weekly and monthly enrollment targets

  .
• Update and manage lead information, interactions, and conversions using

  CRM tools

  .
• Coordinate with

  marketing, academics, and operations teams

  to ensure smooth student onboarding.

Who Should Apply

Mandatory Requirements:

• 0–4 years of experience in

  education counselling, EdTech sales, or inside sales

  .
• Excellent

  spoken and written English communication skills

  .
• Strong abilities in

  sales pitching, objection handling, and closing

  .
• Active listening skills with the ability to provide

  personalized guidance

  .
• Familiarity with

  CRM systems, Excel, and lead management tools

  .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of

  executive education, online MBA programs, or professional certifications

  .
• Prior experience in

  EdTech or high-paced sales environments

  .

Work Schedule

• Working Days:

  5.5 days per week

• Timings:

  9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
