Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Gurugram. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about programs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience. The role involves interacting with potential students, verifying application details, supporting students through the admission stages, and collaborating with other team members to fulfill enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales
• Background in Education is beneficial
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
