Role Overview:

We are looking for an Academic Counselor with expertise in Digital Marketing to guide students through admissions, learning support, and career pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel and guide students on Digital Marketing course options.
• Support students throughout their learning journey, track progress, and ensure engagement.
• Provide academic and career guidance related to digital marketing skills.
• Act as a bridge between students, faculty, and administration.
• Maintain student records and share feedback for course improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/Communication (Master’s a plus).
• 2+ years in digital marketing and 1+ year in counseling/mentoring/teaching.
• Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
• Familiar with SEO, SEM, social media, content, analytics, and related tools.
