Job Title: Inside Sales / Academic Counsellor EdTech Domain

We are hiring enthusiastic and skilled sales professionals for a reputed EdTech client associated with one of Indias most prestigious educational institutions, Manipal University. The role involves counselling prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward suitable academic programs.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduation is mandatory (any stream)

Fresh graduates (2024 pass-outs) with a background in Sales or Marketing are encouraged to apply

Excellent verbal communication in English (V5 level) and Hindi is mandatory

Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills

6 days working; must be target-oriented with a customer-focused approach

For Freshers:

CTC: Up to 4.1 LPA (approx. 30,000 in-hand) + Attractive Incentives

For Experienced Candidates:

Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales (EdTech, Insurance, Retail, Credit Card, or similar industries)

35,000 38,000 in-hand + Incentives

For Senior / EdTech Experienced Roles:

Minimum 8 months of experience in EdTech sales

Should have experience handling ticket sizes of 1 Lakh and above

Stable career background with no frequent job changes

Up to 42,000 in-hand + Incentives

Excellent English and Hindi communication required

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Connect with prospective learners via calls, emails, or virtual meetings to understand their learning needs.

2. Counsel and guide learners on suitable academic programs based on their goals.

3. Use a consultative sales approach to convert leads into enrollments.

4. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as per business requirements.

5. Maintain detailed records of interactions and update CRM tools regularly.

6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-enrollment support.

7. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the product offerings and industry trends.

8. Uphold high standards of communication, professionalism, and ethical sales practices.
