Email Marketing & ABM Executive (Fresher)


Key Responsibilities


Email Marketing

  • Set up and schedule email campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Assist in crafting email templates, subject lines, and content based on campaign goals and audience segments
  • Maintain and clean email lists; ensure compliance with GDPR and email best practices
  • Monitor performance metrics (open rate, click rate, conversions) and compile reports for internal and client use
  • A/B test different email components (subject lines, CTAs, layouts) to improve performance


Data Handling & Lead Management

  • Extract and manage contact data from various sources (LinkedIn, databases, client inputs, etc.)
  • Segment and categorize leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and campaign objectives
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar


Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & LinkedIn Outreach

  • Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers for outbound campaigns
  • Assist in crafting and personalizing outreach messages for LinkedIn campaigns
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tools (e.g., Expandi, Waalaxy, Lemlist) for scalable messaging
  • Track responses, follow-ups, and engagement for ABM campaigns
  • Work closely with strategy and sales teams to align messaging and targeting


Collaboration & Reporting

  • Collaborate with designers and content writers to produce high-quality assets for emails and outreach
  • Document campaign performance and share insights with the internal team and clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends in email, ABM, and marketing automation


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, email marketing, and B2B outreach
  • Basic understanding of marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and B2B sales tools is a plus
  • Good written communication and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment


Bonus Points For:

  • Prior internship or project experience in email marketing or outreach
  • Basic knowledge of email compliance laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
  • Exposure to Excel/Google Sheets for data management
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and B2B buyer journeys
