* Education: +2* Experience: Minimum 6 months exp in a BPOenvironment(Preferred)* Skill Set: B2 level communication* Process Type: Chat & Email Process* Shifts: 24x7 rotational (Candidates must be comfortable with nightshifts)* Week Offs: Rotational* Cab Facility: One-sided cab during odd hours (window: 7 PM 6 AM)
