Zonal Sales Manager

Bharani Velli Maaligai is a leading jewelry brand known for its exquisite craftsmanship, innovative designs, in Silver Jewelry . We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Zonal Sales Manager to lead our sales operations within a designated region and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adjust sales strategies.
• Implement promotions, product launches, and new initiatives in the region.

Team Management & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives, Retail Managers, and other sales personnel.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team to ensure product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service standards are consistently met.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.

Business Development & Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, distributors, and business partners.
• Expand the customer base and ensure customer loyalty through effective relationship management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in customer needs and product offerings.

Sales Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track sales performance and key metrics for the region.
• Prepare regular reports on sales trends, achievements, challenges, and market insights for upper management.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the jewelry, luxury, or fashion industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing teams.
• Strong network within the jewelry industry is a plus.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
