Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for executing the organization's strategy in the assigned geography as a TL - Emerging Business / Zonal Sales Manager. You will lead a team of approximately 15 Account Managers and oversee revenue generation and maintenance across various lines of business such as Data, Corporate Postpaid, Fixed Line, and New Products. Your role will involve mentoring and guiding the Account Managers, building team capabilities, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and driving performance parameters for B2B Accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Account Managers to achieve revenue targets through hunting and farming strategies - Mentor and guide the Account Managers to build capabilities and enhance performance - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement the Serve-to-sell model for B2B Accounts - Analyze data to derive insights and make informed decisions - Ensure execution excellence in market planning and commercial activities - Cultivate a digital-first mindset within the team - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives Qualifications Required: - MBA/PGDM - 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 4 years of people management experience - Experience in Telecom, OEMs, IT/ITeS, or FMCG organizations is preferred Additional Details: N/A,
