Zonal Sales Manager

As an experienced Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) for the Crocodile mens wear brand, your role will involve leading the wholesale business operations across multiple regions. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the distribution network efficiently, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling wholesale business operations across multiple regions. - Managing and guiding Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives. - Building and expanding distributor and dealer networks. - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets. - Strengthening relationships with key retailers and wholesalers. - Tracking market trends, competitor activity, and pricing. - Coordinating with marketing and supply chain for smooth operations. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, or Business. - 8-12 years of experience in apparel / mens wear wholesale sales. - Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills. - Good knowledge of distribution networks and market expansion. - Willingness to travel frequently. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as travel allowance, cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and paid time off. The work schedule is from Monday to Saturday on day shift, and fluency in English and Telugu/Hindi is preferred. The work location is in person.
