Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales cum Front Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for walk-in clients and inbound inquiries, as well as manage sales leads through calls and digital platforms. Multilingual proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam, and Telugu is essential to handle a diverse customer base.

Inside Sales Duties:

• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with potential customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
• Explain products/services to potential customers clearly and effectively.
• Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports

Front Office Duties:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors with a warm and professional approach.
• Answer and manage incoming calls and route them to the concerned department.
• Maintain front office area and ensure a pleasant customer experience.
• Schedule appointments and maintain visitor log

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
