Zonal Sales Head

As a Zonal Sales Head for B2B Industrial Oils & Lubricants, your role will involve driving regional sales operations for specialty products like Transformer Oils, Liquid Paraffins, White Oils, and related petrochemical items. This leadership position requires managing institutional clients, expanding distribution channels, and leading sales teams in the East, West, North, and South zones. Key Responsibilities: - Drive B2B sales growth in zonal markets with monthly volume targets. - Lead and mentor regional sales teams towards achieving business objectives. - Develop and implement sales strategies focusing on industrial, FMCG, pharma, and chemical sectors. - Manage key accounts such as Govt./PSUs, Electricity Boards, Transformer OEMs, FMCG & Pharma companies, and Rubber & Textile industries. - Expand distributor & OEM network by converting competitor distributors into partners. - Ensure compliance with business policies regarding collections, pricing, and credit control. - Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and MIS reports for top management. - Travel extensively (1820 days/month) across the assigned region for client engagement. Qualifications Required: - 1217 years of relevant experience in B2B industrial sales, including 34+ years in team leadership. - Strong background in bulk sales, pricing, distribution, and credit management. - Preferably experienced in Industrial Oils, Lubricants, Petrochemicals, FMCG, Pharma, or Industrial Products. - Proficient in client relationship management, negotiations, and business development. - Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/SAP knowledge is a plus.
