Job Description

Brief of Role:

  • Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of Sales, Operations, and Marketing within the assigned zone to achieve business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Management: Lead and manage all sales activities within the zone, ensuring that billing targets are met or exceeded. Regularly review sales reports, leads generated, conversions, and discuss outcomes with the team to refine strategies.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Formulate and implement marketing strategies tailored to market conditions, demographics, and other relevant factors, driving brand awareness and lead generation within the zone.
  • Placement Success: Collaborate with academic and placement teams to ensure a high count of eligible student placements, thereby enhancing the brands reputation and success rate.
  • Technical Know-How Income Recovery: Ensure the full recovery of technical know-how income from all BPs (Business Partners), maintaining a robust income stream for the brand.
  • Financial Dropouts and Rollover Recovery: Implement strategies to reduce financial dropouts and achieve success rate in rollover recovery, ensuring financial stability and student retention across the zone.
  • Process Monitoring and Compliance: Monitor BPs, team members, and indirect reportees for adherence to processes, target achievement, leakages, logistics, collections, and checklist compliance. Implement corrective actions to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Compliance and Audit Management: Ensure complete compliance with financial audits, with no instances of unreported income. This includes monitoring process adherence, financial reporting accuracy, and addressing any discrepancies proactively.
  • Team Development and Knowledge Building: Continuously build and upgrade knowledge for both self and the team on products, policies, and processes. Accompany team members in the field, assist in client meetings, and support closures as necessary.
  • Goal Setting and Action Planning: Set clear, realistic, and challenging goals for the team. Develop detailed action plans to achieve these goals, ensuring alignment with the brand's overall business development strategy.
  • Budget Management: Develop budget projections based on market trends, expansion plans, and business development strategies. Monitor actual spending against budgeted figures and ensure strict compliance with financial plans.
  • Annual Business Development Planning: Create and execute an annual business development plan, breaking it down into actionable sections based on goals, timelines, budgets, and available resources. Assign realistic and relevant targets for the team to achieve throughout the year.
