Zonal Sales Head

Role Overview: As a Zonal Sales Head for Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Gujarat, your primary responsibility will be to drive continuous improvement in Sales, Specifications & Field Marketing within the assigned Zone to achieve the business objectives. This includes enhancing the sales process and managing infrastructure effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Drive identified Initiatives within the Zone to meet overall sales objectives - Implement Major and Key initiatives at the zonal level related to Market Development, Distribution expansion & Sales Operation - Conduct intensive field visits to engage with employees, dealers, and end users - Gather feedback on various business aspects such as product quality, pricing, packaging, new product ideas, supply situations, competition activities, and schemes - Document feedback transparently visible to the Head Office and collaborate with key stakeholders to address it effectively - Identify successful strategies and replicate them in other parts of the zone while sharing them with the Head Office for potential replication across India Qualification Required: - At least 10 years of experience in network marketing Additional Company Details: This is a full-time position requiring day shift availability. The role may involve travel to other states.
