Zonal Sales Head

As a Zonal Sales Head for Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Gujarat, your primary role will involve driving continuous improvement in all aspects of Sales, Specifications & Field Marketing within the assigned Zone to achieve the business objectives. This includes enhancing the sales process and managing infrastructure effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving identified Initiatives within the Zone to meet overall sales objectives - Implementing Major and Key initiatives at the zonal level related to Market Development, Distribution expansion & Sales Operation - Conducting intensive field visits to engage with employees, dealers, and end users - Gathering feedback on various business aspects such as product quality, pricing, packaging, new product ideas, supply situations, competition activities, and schemes - Documenting feedback in a transparent manner visible to the Head Office and collaborating with key stakeholders to address the feedback effectively - Identifying successful strategies and replicating them in other parts of the zone while also sharing them with the Head Office for potential replication across India This is a full-time position requiring day shift availability. The role may involve travel to other states. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in network marketing.
